Website hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. Loading a page requires processing technical connection data, including the IP address, time, requested address and information sent by the browser. This supports website delivery and security under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is providing a secure, reliable website. A data-processing agreement has been concluded with STRATO.
Technical logs
Technical logs support operation, troubleshooting and security. I do not use them for additional analysis of visitor behaviour. STRATO’s hosting documentation describes access logs available for the preceding six weeks, with anonymised IP addresses or hostnames. The availability of these logs does not describe the provider’s complete internal retention period. Processing and deletion by the provider follow the agreed data-processing terms and legal obligations.
Contact and email
The form only creates a draft in your email app. Entries are not submitted to a form server. I receive your message and contact details only when you send the email yourself. A dedicated STRATO mailbox at info@mindsyntax.de is used for receiving enquiries. I use messages to handle and respond to your request. Contract-related enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; other enquiries under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on my legitimate interest in communicating with interested visitors.
Retention of enquiries
Enquiries are retained only as needed to handle them and, where relevant, document a resulting contract. Any further retention required by law is based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. Form entries are voluntary; a reachable contact address is needed for a reply. No enquiry is created unless you send a message.
Cookies, fonts and media
The website’s own code uses no cookies, browser storage, analytics, advertising services or embedded videos. Images and other page files are loaded from the same webspace. Fonts use the system fonts installed on your device. When you request copying an email draft, its text is written to your clipboard.
External links
Project websites, Google Play and other linked services open only when you click their links. Their providers have their own privacy notices. This portfolio does not embed those external pages.
Your rights
Subject to legal requirements, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. This portfolio does not make automated decisions or profile visitors.
Complaints
You may complain to a data protection authority, particularly where you live or work or where an alleged infringement occurred. The State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg is a contact point for the operator’s location in Stuttgart.
